Daily Movement Studio opened its doors with a straightforward mission: to create a physical activity environment where every person — regardless of age, experience or background — could show up, move well and leave feeling genuinely better.

We chose Rowell Drive in Harrow View West deliberately. The area is a vibrant, diverse community, and we wanted to be at the heart of it — not hidden away in an industrial estate. Our 3,200 sq ft studio was designed from the ground up with natural light, welcoming spaces and quality equipment that supports every class format we offer.

Over the years we have grown through word of mouth and repeat visits from a loyal membership base. We are proud that the majority of our members have been with us for more than a year — a reflection of an environment people genuinely want to return to.

Callum Webb

HIIT & Strength Lead

REPs Level 3 qualified with eight years of experience. Callum specialises in progressive group programming and member retention through engaging session design.

Fiona Brennan

Yoga & Mindfulness Coach

500-hour Yoga Alliance certified with additional training in mindful movement and breathwork. Fiona leads all yoga, flow and mindful movement sessions.

Nathan Hartley

Pilates & Mobility Specialist

Certified Pilates instructor and qualified sports massage therapist. Nathan designs our Pilates Core and Mobility programmes with a focus on long-term joint health.
