Single Drop-In

Join any available class on a pay-as-you-go basis. £12 per class. Subject to availability — advance booking recommended.

5-Class Pack

A bundle of five class credits valid for three months. Use across any format or split with a friend. £55 total.

10-Class Pack

Our highest-saving credit bundle — ten classes valid for six months at a saving versus drop-in rates. £99 total.

No joining fee applies to any of our membership plans. The first month's subscription is all you need to get started, with no setup charges or administration costs.
You can cancel or pause at any time by contacting our team with 30 days' notice. We have no lock-in periods and no cancellation penalties — your flexibility matters to us.
Yes. All our classes are designed with scalable intensity so participants of every level can take part safely. Coaches always offer modifications and our Welcome Orientation session covers the basics for new starters.
Comfortable workout clothing, trainers with non-marking soles, a water bottle and a small towel are all you need. Equipment such as mats and weights is provided free of charge at the studio.
