1. Our Commitment

At Daily Movement Studio we want every member to feel confident and fairly treated in all financial matters. This policy sets out clearly the circumstances under which refunds, cancellations and credits apply to our membership plans, class packs and drop-in sessions. 2. Membership Cancellations

All memberships at Daily Movement Studio operate on a rolling monthly basis with no minimum contract period. To cancel your membership, please notify us in writing at least 30 days before your next billing date. Cancellation requests can be submitted by email to welcome@quidraloscyx.world or in person at the studio reception.

Upon receipt of a valid cancellation request, your membership will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the remainder of a billing month unless the cancellation is due to circumstances described in Section 5 below.

3. Membership Refunds

If you are dissatisfied with your first month of membership, please contact us within 14 days of your start date and we will review your case. Refunds in this initial period are considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of studio management. After the 14-day initial period, membership fees are non-refundable except in the circumstances outlined in Section 5.

4. Class Packs and Drop-In Sessions

Class packs (5-class and 10-class credits) are non-refundable once purchased. Unused credits are valid for the period stated at the time of purchase (3 months for 5-class packs; 6 months for 10-class packs). Credit expiry dates will not be extended except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of studio management.

Drop-in sessions are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed. If you need to cancel a booked drop-in session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. In such cases, we will transfer your credit to another available session within 30 days where operationally possible.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected events occur. In the following situations, you may be entitled to a pro-rata refund or credit transfer regardless of the standard policy terms:

  • Long-term physical incapacity: if you are unable to attend classes for four or more consecutive weeks due to a physical condition, we will consider a membership pause or pro-rata refund upon receipt of appropriate documentation.
  • Relocation: if you permanently relocate more than 25 miles from our Harrow studio, you may cancel your membership with a pro-rata refund for any unused portion of the current billing month.
  • Studio closure: in the unlikely event that we must permanently close the studio, all unused membership and class credit fees will be refunded in full.
  • Bereavement: if you are unable to continue your membership due to a bereavement, please contact us and we will handle your situation with sensitivity and flexibility.

6. Membership Freezing

Members on the Active or Premium membership plans may request to freeze their membership for up to two calendar months per year. During a freeze period, no charges will be applied and the membership end date will be extended accordingly. Membership freezes must be requested at least 7 days in advance and can be requested by contacting us at welcome@quidraloscyx.world.

7. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider but typically take 5–10 working days to appear in your account. We will confirm the refund by email once it has been initiated from our end.

8. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. For distance contracts (such as memberships purchased entirely online), you may have a 14-day right of cancellation from the date of the contract. Please contact us to exercise this right.

10. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase or membership start date will apply to that transaction, unless required otherwise by applicable law.
